Anchor Babies are not US citizens

The term anchor baby (or jack pot baby) refers to a baby born in the US of an illegal immigrant. It is commonly believed, and has been the practice to assume automatic US citizenship on the baby which brings in the maternal mother and eventually other family members from their homeland. This practice is not legally supported by the 14th Amendment. These babies are NOT legal US citizens. The original intent of the 14th Amendment.
